The corporate future of Asunción is beginning to take shape with the launch of Sudameris Plaza, the new headquarters of Banco Sudameris, which will be designed by the renowned international studio Foster + Partners, authors of emblematic works such as Apple Park (California) and The Gherkin (London).
The project includes a 39-story tower that will become a benchmark for innovation, sustainability and urban design in Paraguay. Its architectural proposal will integrate hanging gardens, an auditorium, an art gallery and large green spaces open to the public, promoting a balanced connection between work, nature and community.
Sudameris Plaza will not only redefine the Asunción skyline, but will also mark a new chapter in the country’s corporate architecture, consolidating Paraguay as a world-class investment and design destination.
